Trina Rush was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Management.  She had been baking cakes for family and friends since her teenage years especially during the holiday seasons. 

Maya Cake Creations is inspired by the love of her beautiful daughter Maya. When her daughter turned two, she baked and decorated her first custom cake.  And  through that, a career was born in 2010.  As a cake artist, Trina loves the excitement on clients' faces who are thrilled to see their own cake dreams come to life with one of her creations.

Each custom cake is baked from scratch and decorated by hand.  Trina works with each individual client to create a one-of-a-kind and extraordinary cake that is both beautiful and delicious.
